In the “Drive Decisions” camp, we show you how to present your ideas in such a way that important stakeholders, such as your boss or investors, can’t say no.
In our 5-day intensive training course, you will get to know various pitch formats and build them into a gripping story that arouses emotions and convinces.
The speaker retreat: create resonance
in France September 8 to 12 (D/E)
For managers, corporate speakers and the self-employed: In this retreat, you will gain the gravitas to achieve real impact with your content as a speaker or creator.
Together with Anna and Simone Dietrich (Dialect & Voice Coach), we will work on your confident performance, your story and your vocal presence – in German, English or French (only what you need, of course).

In this intensive workshop in Hamburg, you will receive the finishing touches for your stage performance.

After the workshop, you will have maximum confidence and charisma on stage – regardless of the audience.
This workshop is exclusively for experienced speakers
or participants of our retreats or camps and concludes with a stage-ready certification.

Confident appearance & gripping storytelling
After actors had been practicing learning-by-doing for a very long time, a few of them set out to explore their own techniques about a hundred and fifty years ago. Their aim was to bundle the accumulated knowledge and pass it on as teachings. This has given rise to a variety of methods and approaches, all of which are united by the fact that they help to give people a “superhuman” effect.
Similarly, a good forty years ago, some screenwriters in Hollywood began to wonder whether there could be rules and systems that could explain when and why one story becomes successful and another does not. The findings of C.G. Jung and Joseph Campel, among others, were used for this purpose.

Tina Barkmann
She will be responsible for the embodiment work at the Foundation Camp in Hamburg, i.e. the interplay of body, psyche and environment with a view to inner and outer posture.
She does this with all her skills and knowledge of yoga, dance, mindfulness techniques and embodiment.
From the business world, she brings years of experience and strong communication skills from interface positions and moving in different “worlds”: She also has experience in facilitation, learning experience and a networked and goal-oriented/user-centered way of thinking.
Simone Dietrich
With Simone Dietrich, we have gained a particularly unique trainer.
She will not only be at your side when it comes to training your voice and charismatically developing your vocal diversity.
She will also work with you – if you wish – to make you feel at home and comfortable in English or French.
Simone is known for her entertaining and dynamic manner and above all her enormous international, phonetic knowledge.
She will help you find your voice and present yourself confidently and authentically on stage.
Julia Holze
Julia is an entrepreneur and co-founder of the venture studio COSMICGOLD, which supports scientists, engineers and developers in bringing deep tech innovations to market with a regenerative business model.
Together with you, she will analyze the specific needs and interests of your target group in order to send strong arguments and a convincing message that fits your identity.
