Les r\u00e9actions inattendues des autres \u00e0 mon voyage en train<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Parfois, il y a ces moments o\u00f9 l’on sent que l’on a pris la bonne d\u00e9cision.\nC’est ce qui m’est arriv\u00e9 l’autre jour, lorsque j’ai d\u00fb prendre le train pour aller de ma station de travail dans le Cantal en France \u00e0 Berlin pour une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie fun\u00e9raire.\nPlus de 1600 kilom\u00e8tres – beaucoup auraient tout de suite pens\u00e9 \u00e0 la voiture, mais j’ai d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment choisi le train. <\/p>\n\n

C’\u00e9tait \u00e9tonnant de voir combien de personnes me plaignaient pour cette d\u00e9cision.\n\u00ab\u00a0Oh, ma pauvre !\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Mais c’est un long trajet !\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Ce serait trop fatigant pour moi !\u00a0\u00bb. – de tels commentaires me tombaient dessus.\nC’\u00e9tait comme si j’avais pris sur moi quelque chose de particuli\u00e8rement lourd et pesant, alors que le voyage en train \u00e9tait loin d’\u00eatre une torture. <\/p>\n\n

Bien au contraire, le voyage s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sans encombre, malgr\u00e9 trois ou quatre changements de train. <\/h3>\n\n

Le train \u00e9tait \u00e0 l’heure, les changements de train \u00e9taient agr\u00e9ables et j’avais le calme n\u00e9cessaire pour faire le point sur mes pens\u00e9es.\nPendant le voyage, je pouvais regarder par la fen\u00eatre les paysages qui d\u00e9filaient devant moi – une m\u00e9taphore parfaite pour le processus de l\u00e2cher prise.\nA l’aller, j’ai m\u00eame travaill\u00e9 un peu, ce qui a montr\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point un tel voyage peut \u00eatre flexible et productif. <\/p>\n\n

Si j’avais pris la voiture, les 1600 kilom\u00e8tres auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 une torture.\nDans ma situation \u00e9motionnelle, il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 irresponsable de prendre le risque et le stress.\nAu lieu de cela, le voyage en train a \u00e9t\u00e9 une transition douce pour me permettre de faire face \u00e0 la perte tout en arrivant \u00e0 destination en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n

C’est ainsi que naissent les mythes et les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s – gr\u00e2ce au storytelling<\/h3>\n\n

Il semble que nous entendions encore beaucoup plus souvent des histoires sur le chaos de la Deutsche Bahn (et oui, c’est tout \u00e0 fait chaotique l\u00e0-bas !) que sur les heures que nous passons dans les embouteillages sur l’autoroute.\nOu \u00e0 quel point les longs trajets en voiture peuvent \u00eatre fatigants pour le corps.\nPrendre l’avion a aussi ses inconv\u00e9nients : L’\u00e9puisement apr\u00e8s de longs vols, les inconv\u00e9nients des contr\u00f4les de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le risque de rater une correspondance ne sont que quelques-uns des d\u00e9fis.\nPourtant, ces exp\u00e9riences n\u00e9gatives ne sont souvent pas racont\u00e9es, alors que les histoires de voyages en train sont tenaces et se racontent encore et encore. <\/p>\n\n

Renforcer les pr\u00e9suppos\u00e9s avec le storytelling<\/h3>\n\n

C’est l\u00e0 qu’appara\u00eet le pouvoir des histoires que nous nous racontons \u00e0 nous-m\u00eames et aux autres.\nCes r\u00e9cits souvent n\u00e9gatifs sur la Deutsche Bahn contrastent fortement avec l’exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9elle, qui peut souvent \u00eatre bien plus positive que ne le laissent supposer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9raux.\nMais comment naissent ces mythes ?\nIls naissent de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition et de l’embellissement constants d’exp\u00e9riences n\u00e9gatives, alors que les exp\u00e9riences positives ne sont souvent pas racont\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n

Pour changer cela, nous pourrions parler plus consciemment de nos exp\u00e9riences positives et partager ces histoires avec autant d’enthousiasme.\nC’est exactement ce que je veux enseigner dans mes Speaker Retreats : Comment nous pouvons influencer la perception et provoquer des changements positifs en nous-m\u00eames et chez les autres gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un storytelling cibl\u00e9.\nQu’il s’agisse de se pr\u00e9senter soi-m\u00eame ou de pr\u00e9senter un projet, la mani\u00e8re dont nous racontons nos histoires peut faire une grande diff\u00e9rence. <\/p>\n\n

Exercice pour toi :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Pense \u00e0 une situation quotidienne que tu as v\u00e9cue comme n\u00e9gative et raconte-la une fois de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 mettre l’accent sur le positif.\nComment ce r\u00e9cit alternatif pourrait-il changer l’image que toi et les autres ont de cette situation ?\nEcris cette nouvelle histoire et partage-la avec quelqu’un.\nTu peux ainsi t’entra\u00eener \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence les aspects positifs et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ton propre storytelling. <\/p>\n\n
