{"id":7697,"date":"2025-07-23T14:00:28","date_gmt":"2025-07-23T12:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anna-momber.com\/agbs-speaker-camps\/"},"modified":"2026-01-21T08:15:29","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T07:15:29","slug":"agbs-speaker-camps","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/anna-momber.com\/en\/agbs-speaker-camps\/","title":{"rendered":"AGBs Speaker Camps"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anna Momber &#8211; acting for business<\/strong><br \/><em>Status: 23.7.2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 1 Scope of application and contractual partners<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to the business relationship between Anna Momber, acting for business (hereinafter &#8220;Organizer&#8221;) and companies or persons acting in a commercial capacity (hereinafter &#8220;Client&#8221;) in the context of the &#8220;Drive Decisions&#8221; speaker camp.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2 <strong>Exclusion of consumers<\/strong>: This service is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB. Consumers within the meaning of \u00a7 13 BGB are excluded from participation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3 Deviating general terms and conditions of the client shall not be recognized unless the organizer has received express written consent.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 2 Scope and limits of services<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 <strong>The subject of the contract<\/strong> is the provision of a 5-day business training course in France (Cantal) with the content listed in the service description.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2 <strong>No guarantee of success<\/strong>: The organizer accepts no liability for the occurrence of specific learning successes, business results or career developments. Success depends largely on the individual cooperation, implementation and personal requirements of the participant. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3 <strong>Changes to content<\/strong>: The organizer reserves the right to adapt program content, methods and procedures due to pedagogical, organizational or force majeure circumstances, provided that the overall character of the service is preserved.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4 <strong>Excluded services<\/strong>: Therapeutic treatments, psychological advice, legal or tax advice and specific investment or business advice are not covered.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 3 Participation requirements and personal responsibility<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 <strong>Eligibility to participate<\/strong>: Only managers, entrepreneurs and other commercially active persons with relevant professional experience are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 <strong>Health suitability<\/strong>: The participant confirms that he\/she is physically and mentally suitable for participation. In the event of existing health restrictions or pre-existing conditions, prior consultation with a doctor is required. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 <strong>Personal responsibility<\/strong>: Each participant acts on his\/her own responsibility and bears the full risk for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The application of the content and methods taught<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business decisions based on the training content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The implementation of the developed strategies and presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>His physical and mental condition during the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 4 Booking and conclusion of contract<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 Bookings are made exclusively in writing by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2 The contract is concluded by written confirmation from the organizer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3 By registering, the client accepts these GTC as binding.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 5 Prices and terms of payment<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1 The prices stated on the website at the time of booking plus VAT shall apply. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2 All prices are net prices for entrepreneurs in accordance with \u00a7 14 BGB.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3 <strong>Payment modalities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The total amount must be paid in full unless separate payment agreements have been made<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment no later than 10 days before the start of the event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment term: 14 days after receipt of invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The invoice will be issued no later than 30 days before the start of the camp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5 If payment is not made on time up to 10 days before the start of the camp, the organizer may reallocate the participant&#8217;s place. In this case, the cancellation conditions apply accordingly. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4 In the event of late payment, default interest of 9 percentage points above the base interest rate may be claimed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.5 If payment is not made on time up to 10 days before the start of the camp, the organizer may reallocate the participant&#8217;s place. In this case, the cancellation conditions apply accordingly. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 6 Withdrawal and Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1 <strong>Withdrawal by the client<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to 8 weeks before the start: free of charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8-4 weeks before the start: 50% of the participation fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-2 weeks before the start: 80% of the participation fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 2 weeks before the start: 100% of the participation fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2 <strong>Withdrawal by the organizer<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the minimum number of participants (3 persons) is not reached up to 4 weeks before the start date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of illness of the trainer without an adequate replacement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3 In the event of withdrawal by the organizer, any payments already made shall be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 7 Exclusion and limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1 <strong>Exclusion of the guarantee of success<\/strong>: The organizer is not liable for the occurrence of certain learning successes, business results or career developments.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2 <strong>Limitation of liability<\/strong>: The liability of the organizer is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of a breach of material contractual obligations. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.3 <strong>Amount of liability<\/strong>: In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations due to slight negligence, liability shall be limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, but no more than the amount of the participation fee.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.4 <strong>Excluded damages<\/strong>: Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit and financial losses is excluded, unless these are based on intent or gross negligence.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.5 <strong>Insurance<\/strong>: Participation is not insured. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own travel and accident insurance. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 8 Confidentiality and image rights<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1 <strong>Confidentiality<\/strong>: All participants undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal and business information of other participants.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2 <strong>Image rights<\/strong>: By registering, the participant agrees that photos and videos may be taken and used for documentation and marketing purposes. This consent can be revoked at any time. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 9 Rules of conduct and exclusion<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1 Participants who significantly disrupt the event, disturb other participants or do not comply with the house rules may be excluded from further participation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2 In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a7 10 Force majeure<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemic, war, official orders), the organizer may cancel or postpone the Speaker Camp.
