From actress to brand maker: my journey to becoming a personal branding expert
It all began after reunification with my first acting engagement in a provincial town in East Germany.
This time laid the foundation for my later career in the entertainment industry.
But when I finally gained a foothold in the Cologne comedy scene and took on the title role in a sitcom, my journey began in a new direction.
When I realized that my agent at the time was not able to manage my career properly, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
I set up my own agency – a move that took me deep into the world of marketing and sales.
It was a time when there were no mature personal brand concepts, so I set about developing my own strategies.
I didn’t just want to place actors, I wanted to shape them into strong, unmistakable brands.
My breakthrough came when I came across Sam Christensen’s method in Los Angeles.
This technique helped me to analyze the first impression people make on others and put it into powerful words.
I used these insights to develop marketing concepts for personalities that were not just superficial, but deeply rooted in the authenticity and uniqueness of each individual.
Over time, my agency became a point of contact for actors who wanted more than just roles – they wanted to be perceived as a brand.
From these experiences, I developed into an expert in self-marketing and began to pass on my knowledge as a speaker and performance coach.
Today, I use the lessons from my agency days to help you define and successfully position your personal brand.
With my experience in acting and my ability to create strong, authentic brands, I support you in becoming visible and indispensable in your profession or business.
